About the Opportunity

Gameco now has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join their team based in Preston, VIC on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager- Victoria, this role will see you actively seeking new sales opportunities and new business for GAMECO in the Victorian area of operation. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Assisting customers to identify and procure their equipment needs from GAMECO;
  • Assisting with the procurement and stocking of warehouse retail equipment, and the smooth operation of the counter sales function;
  • Maintaining and growing the business relationships between GAMECO and its customers to ensure that those relationships are fruitful, profitable and harmonious; and
  • Assisting with the development of tender submissions and harmonised pricing submissions as required.

About You

To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated experience in a sales and/or account management capacity, with strong customer service skills and the ability to confidently provide technical advice and up-sell on Gameco products. 

Previous experience working with parts and equipment and/or a background in a similar industry will be highly regarded, but is not mandatory.

Importantly, you will need to have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn about how parts and equipment supplied by Gameco function. You will be comfortable working autonomously and to KPIs and performance targets, whilst being professional, personable and proactive in all of your customer interactions. 

Please note: A current valid driver's license and the legal right to live and work in Australia are mandatory requirements for this position.
